“Christians even worse than lender robbers” – preacher
This wonderful headline appeared about the guide tale in the November 1997 NEWSA, a church publication that I used to publish. The first tenth of your harvest (income, pension, typical revenue) belongs to God. If you give it to a fake god, you are under a curse. The following example will illustrate how the curse is effective. There was a guy who was a member of our church who worked difficult all week for his wages. He acquired paid out on a Friday afternoon. On his way house he would call at the bottle shop. He paid out his tithe to the bottle retailer. I believe you will all agree that it is much better to pay back your tithes in total instead than to rob God. Keep in mind that your tithe is the initial tenth of your harvest. Pay back your tithe in advance of you pay out everything else.
